On the dining floor in the basement of Harmony Tower, Dining Bar Ree is a welcoming dining bar centred on counter seating. Its lunchtime signature is the hearty lee hamburger steak. The meat has plenty of flavour on its own, while the appetising house sauce adds another savoury note. Grilled vegetables and Napolitan-style spaghetti on the side make it a satisfying main meal. Along with white rice, diners can choose Riceberry, a Thai black rice with a fragrant aroma and pleasantly popping texture.
Another popular choice is the Ree Original Sauce Chicken Steak: a generous portion of tenderly grilled chicken covered in a special sauce with a punch of garlic. Set meals come with either tail soup containing simmered beef or a miso soup packed with ingredients, making for a substantial lunch to carry you through the afternoon. Bento boxes are also sold at the entrance around lunchtime. Office workers can be seen picking up takeaway options such as honey mustard and hamburger steak bento.
In the evening, the atmosphere shifts to that of a relaxed bar, where conversation flows across the counter. The drinks include Heartland draft beer, Kaku and Riku highballs, cocktails such as gin and tonic and Moscow mule, and a selection of shochu. You can enjoy a drink alongside a meal, too. The compact space has only counter seating, making it an easygoing place to drop in alone after work or share a drink shoulder to shoulder with colleagues.
